Two more upcoming books I’m looking forward to. Even though I haven’t read these authors before, I’m really curious about what they have coming for 2012!

Adaptation by Malinda Lo

Two futuristic books – it’s really the trend this year, whether it’s in a dystopian or post-apocalyptic setting, or sometimes something else entirely. Both will be coming in October (I already sense that month is going to empty my pockets) and I am just completely in love with Beta’s cover!

These first two books are coming out this month, and I am so excited to read them, for two different reasons. The Immortal Rules  sounds a lot like something I was working on a few years ago, so it will be exciting to read what this author made of it, and the second is the sequel to The Gathering, which I really really enjoyed. Then there is Venom, coming this October, which has an intriguing setting.

Two books on my wishlist this week : Perception, sequel to Clarity (which I really enjoyed), and Crewel, which has an interesting premise and will be out in October.

Last week, I don’t know why, I was thinking about The Passage by Justin Cronin and how I had enjoyed it. Then of course I started wondering when the next book would be coming out, and I went to investigate.
